Black & White Masquerade Gala - The Spring Fundraiser

Registration

  • Roasted Atlantic salmon seared with sea salt and olive oil. Served with a citrus butter sauce, sun dried tomato and rosemary oven roasted potatoes, and balsamic asparagus spears.

  • Gluten free pasta primavera with Italian roasted veggies.
  • Couscous and vegetable stuffed red bell pepper with a tomato fondue.

    ✦ VIP Table Reservation (Optional) – $125 per table
    Enjoy the evening together with your group at a reserved VIP table that seats up to 10 guests. While seating throughout the event is open, reserving a VIP table helps keep your group together and adds a special touch to the night.

    ✦Each VIP table also includes gift bags filled with special surprises and two additional auction raffle tickets for every guest at the table—giving your group even more chances to win!

    Important Details:

    ✦ The $125 fee covers the table reservation only and does not include individual event registration.

    ✦ To reserve your table, please email stcwomensclub@gmail.com with the names of the 10 guests who will be seated at your table. One person per table should submit the full reservation fee ($12.50 per guest / $125 total).

    ✦ If fewer than 10 names are submitted, any remaining seats may be filled by other event attendees.

Enjoy an elegant evening celebrating at our Black and White Masquerade Fundraiser Gala at The Royal Fox Country Club on Saturday, April 18th. We are raising funds for our partner charities and scholarships. Bring your spouse/significant other, friends, etc. (This is an adult only event.)

This special evening will include a delicious dinner, music, dancing, a cash bar, a silent auction, as well as a live auction featuring trips and other large items. It will definitely be an exciting time with all of our friends!!  Black and white attire accented with masquerade masks is encouraged. 

This event is the heart of our annual fundraising and ALL proceeds will support our two community partners Rising Lights Project and Random Acts Matter as well as our Sherry Costello Scholarship Fund which awards two scholarships annually.


Early bird pricing of $70/person available through March 16th.

Price will increase to $80/person on March 17th.

And this year you have the option to reserve a table for you, your guest, and ten of your closest friends for an additional fee.  

All tickets must be purchased by April 3rd!!
